Hier kommen drei neue Lieder von mir mit dem Maha(Groß) Mantra

Das sind alles Namen von Gott, wobei "Krishna" (der Allanziehende) der Name mit der stärksten Energie ist...
Dieses Mantra wurde von Sri Caitanya im 16.Jhd. verbreitet, der auch die populäre Kirtan-Welle ausgelöst hat.
Am besten singt man es selber (ich singe es jeden Morgen eine Stunde lang), aber auch das Zuhören hat eine positive Wirkung.
Die Wirkung ist befreiend und aktivierend: Sorgen werde losgelassen und man bekommt Lust, Gutes zu tun, in der kurzen Zeit in der wir in diesem Körper in diesem speziellen Leben sind, um auch andere Menschen zu erfreuen und besser drauf zu bringen :-)

Am Ende der Obertonfestivals übernachten ja immer die Künstler bei uns in der Wilden Rose und am Sonntag gebe einige von ihnen Workshops, wie zum Beispiel Hosoo, der Headliner und Gründungsursache des Meller (Bad Essener) Obertonfestivalswww.badessen.info/de/veranstaltungen/0723_obertonfestival: Hosoo kommt aus der Mongolei und ist ein großer Meister des Mongolischen Obertongesangs (Kehkopfgesang)
Kurz bevor Hosoo weg musste, habe ich ihn noch mit mir ins Studio genommen und mit ihm drei Duos aufgenommen:

7 Goldene Regeln für eine Harmonische Ehe/Partnerschaft
1) Ich akzeptiere Alles, was mein Partner tut, sagt oder denkt
2) Ich lasse alle Versuche los, meinen Partner zu steuern und zu lenken
3) Ich lasse jede Form von Wettbewerb los
4) Ich lasse jede Form von Vorwürfen los
5) Ich diene Gott und meinem Partner mit all meiner Liebe
6) Ich akzeptiere, wertschätze und liebe mich als ewige Seele, die jetzt in diesem Körper wohnt
7) Ich inspiriere meinen Partner
Wie ihr ja alle wisst, bin ich seid 1984 glücklich mit Karin zusammen und ich habe hier für euch unser Erfolgsgeheimnis in 7 goldene Regeln kondensiert: ich beantworte gerne Fragen und führe bestimmte Punkte weiter aus - schickt mir einfach eine Email!
Acceptanz bedeutet mindestens in neutraler Position zum Partner zu sein. Gehe niemals in Opposition zu deinem Partner, das ist für beide sehr schmerzhaft! Von neutraler Position ist es viel einfacher zu Wertschätzung zu kommen, als von Opposition.
Sehr wichtig ist es, mit Absicht Gott zu dienen und somit auch deinem Partner. Wenn wir immer nur der Größte sein wollen, führt das nicht zum Erfolg! Gott ist sowie so der Größte und so brauchst du dich mit deinem Partner nicht streiten, wer größer (schlauer) ist :-)
Ja das wär´s für heute, ich hoffe es geht euch gut - in 5 Wochen fahren wir nach Indien!

These are all names of God, "Krishna" (the Allatractive) is the name with the strongest energy...
This mantra was popularized by Sri Caitanya in the 16.century - he started a strong Kirtan singing movement in India.
Best you sing it yourself (I sing it every morning for one hour), but listening to it has a positive effect also!
The effect is liberating and activating: you let go of sorrows and become eager to do good in the short time you are now here in this special life, to bring joy to other people and uplift them :-)

At the end of the annual overtone festival the artist sleep here at Wilde Rose and on Sunday some of them give a workshop here, as for instance Hosoo, the headliner und founding reason of the Meller (Bad Essener) overtonefestival www.badessen.info/de/veranstaltungen/0723_obertonfestival: Hosoo comes from Mongolia and is agreat master of the Mongolian overtone singing (throat singing)

7 Golden Rules for a harmonious marriage/partnership
1) I accept everything my partner does, says or thinks
2) I let go of all trials to control and steer my partner
3) I let go of all sort of competition
4) I let go of all sort of blame
5) I serve God and my partner with all my love
6) I accept, appreciate and love myself as eternal soul who is now living in this body
7) I inspire my partner
As you all know I am together with Karin very happily since 1984 and this is the essence of our success which I condensed for you in these 7 Golden Rules! I am happy to answer your questions and elaborate further on any of these 7 points - just drop me an email :-)
Acceptance means: minimum neutral positon to your partner - never go into oppositon - it is very harmful for you and your partner! You can much easier go upwards from neutral to appreciation, than from opposition to appreciation :-)
It is very important to serve God with deliberate intention and like this your partner. If you want to be the greatest all the time success is not likely! God is anyway the greatest and so you don't have to fight with your partner, who might be smarter (greater) :-)
