Ich habe vom 11.-13.- Sept 2001 mit meiner Mutter Gisela (1919-2011) ein Interview über ihr Leben gemacht und davon eine CD produziert - im Hintergrund spiele ich als musikalischen Kommentar ein selbstkomponiertes Streichquartett.

Wir sehen die Obertonreiche vom 1. bis zum 16. Teilton in D.

Die Oktabe ist das einzige natürliche Intervall auf dem normalen Klavier, alle anderen Töne weichen ab...

kann man die natürliche Stimmung genau mitverfolgen oder auch singen oder auf einem Streichinstrument spielen.

Die anderen 5 Parts sind kreative Tonbilder, wo besonders die Übereinstimmung von Obertongesangsmelodie und Klavier in natürlicher Stimmung zu hören ist.

From 11.-13.- Sept 2001  I did an interview with my mother Gisela (1919-2011) about her life and produced a CD about this - in the background I play a musical commentary with a string quartett I composed and played myself.

had inpired me to do so, because he wanted to know, how exactly the natural tuning goes and how it sounds like:

1D    2D    3a    4D  5f#   6a  7c  8D  9e  10f# 11g# 12 a 13b  14c  15c#    16D

                 +2          -14        -31        +4          -49            -59           -12

100 Cent = 1 semitone  

We look at the overtone scale from first to 16th part tone in D.

The octave is the only natural intervall on a normal piano, all other tones are different in natural tuning: for example the third f# minus 14 cent.

you can follow exactly the natural tuning, can sing along or practice on a string instrument.

The other 5 parts are creative sound pictures, where especially the allignment of overtone singing melody and piano in natural tuning is evocative... .
